I'm getting married!!!!

I know, I know...You're all wondering why you've never heard me talk about Matt before. Well, when you get to be my age and you are STILL single and everyone wants to set you up and everyone has an opinion as to why your relationships don't work, it's very easy to keep dating on the down low. You get tired of people telling you that you are too picky and telling you that when you're older it doesn't feel the same as it did when you were younger. "You can't expect fireworks." Everyone expects you to just settle, even though you aren't attracted to the person or have no chemistry with them, simply because...it may be your last chance! Can you see now why when I start dating somebody I don't tell anybody, including my family. My family knows about it now obviously, but they were in the dark for a while. Anyway, Matt is great! We met online and he actually lives in Gilbert, AZ. Matt proposed last night at Tempe Town Lake. We were in one of those little paddle boats. The weather was perfect and the stars were out. It was very romantic. Anyway, more details to follow! We will be sealed in the Mesa Temple...end of June some time. So much to do!

What a roller coaster of emotions! At first when I read this I was like, she's not serious (and I hadn't even realized it was April Fool's Day like an idiot). So then I read it again and I was like, she IS serious! FINALLY I saw the picture. I never knew you were such a tricker!

Good one Debbie. Way to get my heart beating fast. If it isn't an April fools joke then you better call me and give me details.

There was a woman on my mission, 97 years old, and was never married, she was fine with it, she realised that she would be sealed in the millenium, i know that doesnt help much but im cheering for you!
